I am working, going to college which I finish in September, and getting married this year. I am desperately trying to lose weight pre-wedding! If you have advice, tips, tricks, or encouragement please pass it over to me. :)

I currently work about 8 hrs a day in a call center which really can be rough since there is not a lot of movement and temptation for tons of bad/naughty food brought in.

I currently work about 8 hrs a day in a call center which really can be rough since there is not a lot of movement and temptation for tons of bad/naughty food brought in.

I tend to eat a more veggie based diet though I do allow for poultry and fish. I just don't really like red meat that much. I love iced tea with just lemon no sugar or sweetner so I am good on that at least. I don't smoke or drink soda, and if I do have a alcoholic drink on rare occassions it is only 1-2 to be social.

I do try to do cardio but am finding it difficult to get into the gym or do weights as much as I should. It is not a fear of getting bulked up just have no time between work/college classes/and wedding planning. WheW!!
